New regex tool

*dances happy dance* Roy Osherove has released the latest version of his Regulator tool, which is an excellent regular expression designer for those of us who are regex-challenged from birth (or Python).

Regulator is an excellent alternative to ericgu's nifty but now long in the tooth Regex Workbench

Very nice, and comes with source, too. Thanks Roy!
