WTL released to community

Via Rob Mensching's blog on MSDN: The WTL (Windows Template Library) has been released to SourceForge as open source using the same license used for the WiX toolkit.

As a longtime WTL user, this is fantastic news! I actually have a set of hacked WTL headers with overloads and stuff that I can't live without that I'm going to submit to Nenad as patches.

Way to go Microsoft!
