Win32: Console Utilities

I recently came across fellow MVP Gary Chanson's web site looking for something or other, and I noticed he has this absolutely fantastic collection of console (and some GUI) utilities that you gotta have if you do anything serious with the Windows console. Of note: QChdir and QExec, wich is a full-fledged cmd.exe replacement with an impressive feature set. Yay 7x12 fonts!
